Cindy Howells is the Elementary and Junior High Secretary.  She enjoys working at Manhattan Schools because she really enjoys the kids, working with an outstanding staff and getting to know the people of this community through their children.  Her hobbies include working in her yard during the summer, reading, boating and watching football games with her family.
